Agreement and Terms of Service

The Terms of the Service protect both the school and the Inclusivity Index. Since the sole purpose of the service is to help the students, the Inclusivity Index is a non-profit that uses the feedback only to support this aim. The data from each school remains anonymous and is not shared for any consulting or commercial purpose. The terms state that the school owns the data the survey collects. To make the best use of the collective efforts, the Inclusivity Index is allowed the merge individual school data into larger datasets to create tools such as “All School” frameworks for comparison and reference. No school names are disclosed. In turn, the school is asked to ensure that the Inclusivity Index survey and materials are used legally and that the proprietary rights of the Inclusivity Index tools and content are respected and protected.

Each school must execute the Terms of Agreement before receiving the links to their Student and Faculty surveys.
